These days things and modes are changing fast, new techniques and materials have changed the visual arts.

Stonesculpture like nature on the contrary are changing slow and

are fitting together perfectly. Stonesculpture in granite in particular do stimulate peace and contemplation. My work is about the contrast between culture and nature, between chance and calculation. By creating spaces in the mass of the stone and polishing the inside surfaces, light can so to say penetrate in the stone.
